The Counter-flow cooler with intermediate surface is used to cool the pellets after dicing or adding fat to make it available for the successive processing phases, optimising the times/cycle.

The Counter-flow cooler with intermediate surface is used to cool the pellets exiting the dicer press or extruded products after coating the dry feed.

The product to be handled is loaded into the cooler, and fresh air, taken from the external environment, is passed through a screen. On passing through the product, it guarantees the temperature is lowered; the presence of the intermediate surface greatly lowers cycle times.

The parts in contact are in AISI304 stainless steel so as to ensure long duration over time.

The many possibilities of adjustment mean that the Counter-flow cooler can be used for all needs, thus greatly reducing production "down times".

The limited routine and extraordinary maintenance is greatly facilitated thanks to the careful design of all moving parts.
