Paddle Drag Conveyor

Paddle Drag Conveyor, also known as Round Bottom Conveyor, with flow rates from 15 m³/h, ideal for transporting fragile products at risk of breaking.

The Paddle Conveyor (also known as Drag Conveyor) is used to transport granular products in a horizontal or inclined position, up to a maximum slope of 45 °.

The feeding systems used by MIAL are engineered, manufactured and customized internally by our teams.
They can be placed upstream of our packaging systems to move the product that needs to be bagged.
Some key features of our Paddle Conveyors:

  • Resistance: Available in AISI 304 stainless steel or painted steel, depending on the customer's needs.
    The sturdiness of these materials allows for transporting highly aggressive products without minimally damaging the conveyor.
  • Flexibility: perfect to be installed in difficult areas thanks to its particular structure.
  • Reduced maintenance thanks to special inspection windows and careful study of the components.
  • Ease cleaning: the contact between the paddle surface and the conveyor frame guarantees a limited amount of residues.
