Dicer Press used for the production of top quality feed in Pellet form and characterised by high reliability and very low maintenance costs.

The Dicer Press is used for the transformation of flours and mixtures of into compact pellets with variable sizes.

The operating principle of the Dicer Press is based on compressing the soft feed through the holes in a die to form compact pellets, which are then cut to a pre-determined size.

The use of steam in the machine loading phase improves the quality of the feed, greatly increasing its digestibility.

The diameter of the pellet is defined by the size of the holes in the die, which are chosen depending on the type of animal to be fed.

The careful design and easy access to the moving parts limit routine and extraordinary and make it easier.
